As the day comes to an end, settle into the desert for sunset, traditional Bedouin dinner and nighttime stargazing. The following morning, experience the desert at a slower pace on a traditional one-hour camel ride before returning to Wadi Rum Village.
A Journey Through
the Valley of the Moon
Begin your desert adventure with a warm welcome at our tour office in Rum Village, where you’ll meet your local Bedouin guide over a traditional cup of tea. Your journey kicks off with a visit to Lawrence’s Spring, a historic site linked to T.E. Lawrence and the Arab Revolt.
Next, travel to the striking red dunes of Wadi Umm Ishrin, where you can climb and enjoy some thrilling sandboarding. Continue to Khazali Canyon, where you’ll explore rock walls covered in ancient Nabataean and Thamudic inscriptions dating back to 300 BC.
Your guide will then lead you to Lawrence’s House, another spot associated with the legendary Lawrence of Arabia. The tour proceeds to Abu Khashabah Canyon for a scenic walk—your guide will meet you on the other side—and you’ll have another chance to sandboard at the canyon’s end.
Pause for a delicious lunch in the heart of the canyon before heading to the awe-inspiring Um Fruth Rock Bridge, a 20-meter-high natural formation you can climb in around 10 minutes.
As the day draws to a close, return to the desert campsite to relax with tea on a sunset viewing platform, soaking in the expansive views as the sky changes color.
Afterward, enjoy a traditional Bedouin dinner in a cozy tent, followed by optional stargazing or fireside relaxation. Wake up early to witness a serene desert sunrise, followed by a hearty breakfast at 7 AM.
On your return journey, you’ll meet your camel for a one-hour ride back to Rum Village, completing your unforgettable Wadi Rum 1 Day 1 Night Jeep Tour 1 Hour Camel Ride.

The tour usually starts at 10:30 AM from Wadi Rum Village. If you arrive later, we can adjust the schedule. We provide free parking for your car in the village.

Yes, absolutely! Our camels are well-trained and friendly. You will be accompanied by a professional Bedouin guide to ensure your safety during the 1-hour ride through the golden dunes.
