Booking Directly With Khaled’s Camp
All reservations are arranged directly with Khaled’s Camp, allowing us to stay in personal contact with our guests from the beginning. This direct communication helps us understand your plans clearly and prepare everything according to your needs and preferences.
Booking with us ensures accurate information, transparent pricing, and a smooth, well-organized experience from the moment you confirm your stay until you arrive in Wadi Rum.
Online Reservation (Recommended Method)
The quickest and most reliable way to secure your stay is by completing our online booking form.
Before submitting your request, we recommend reviewing our accommodation options and Wadi Rum tours so you can select the experience that suits you best.
The booking form allows us to collect essential information such as:
Your travel dates
Number of guests (including children and ages)
Preferred tour or accommodation type
Contact details (email and WhatsApp)
Special requests or notes
This helps us prepare everything in advance and ensure your arrival is smooth and well organized.
After You Submit Your Request
Once your booking form is received:
You will receive a copy of your request by email.
Our team will review availability.
We will respond with confirmation and full arrival details.
Your reservation becomes confirmed only after you receive our official confirmation message.
This confirmation will include meeting instructions, what to bring, and helpful information for your stay in Wadi Rum.
After You Submit Your Request
If your visit is within the next 24–48 hours, we recommend contacting us directly via WhatsApp for a faster reply.
This allows us to immediately check availability and confirm your booking without delay.
Our payment system is simple:
No deposit required
No advance payment requested
Full payment is made at check-in
Cash only in Jordanian Dinar (JOD)
We do not process online payments. This keeps the booking process easy and flexible for our guests.
Please make sure to carry sufficient Jordanian Dinar, as ATM and card facilities are limited in desert areas.
Arriving Without a Reservation
Guests who arrive in Wadi Rum without a prior reservation are always welcome at Khaled’s Camp. We will do our best to accommodate you based on availability and help organize your stay.
During busy periods, availability may be limited, but our team will always try to find a suitable option and make your visit to Wadi Rum enjoyable and unforgettable.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
If you need to modify your reservation, please inform us as early as possible so we can assist accordingly.
Group Reservations
For families or larger groups, we recommend booking early to secure availability, especially during high season.
If your group size changes after booking, notify us and we will do our best to accommodate adjustments based on availability.
