About Us

Food
As far back as anyone can remember wayward desert travellers were always welcomed inside a Bedouin tent. Strangers were treated to a meal and some tea long before the exchange of names. We have infused this Bedouin tradition into each and every one of our tours. All guests are treated to the utmost in Bedouin hospitality.

Traditional Bedouin Meals such as Zerb – meat and vegetables cooked in a hole in the sand – are served to guests who have opted for tours that include a night at the Camp.

Lunch and Breakfast are an assortment of pita bread, yoghurt, cheese, jam, olive oil and zattar (thyme).......delicious!

Water and Bedouin shay or tea are included in every package.
